Server like Legion/Battle for Azeroth?

I'm not interested in PvP, Raids and this kind of stuff, just want to get some quests and level up my professions and items. But I seem to be unlucky with firestorm, quests with “investigate X place” are not working for me, I asked 2 players in game and they said both quests were fine. And doesn't matter how much I fish the skill doesn't level up. This in BFA.

In legion there are lots of quests not working in Durotar, pet battle doesn't work too. I know it's a private server and it's already great to be able to pay wow for free, with the price of the dollar the game became too expensive, but there are so many options out there that I think maybe one works better.
